Nimbus & Co
For: a vibey infrared treatment with holistic practitioners on hand to guide you
We know that infrared heat helps the body to sweat at lower temperatures and penetrates up to three inches deep – which helps us to detoxify more deeply, releasing toxins and supporting healthy skin, weight loss, relaxation, and better sleep. The saunas at Nimbus & Co also have different settings options based on your goals – from better skin to stress reduction, muscle relaxation, and more. We always feel lighter, more relaxed, and glow-ey afterward. After the sauna opt for a session with one of their holistic dietitians, acupuncturists, or reiki practitioners.

Yogatime
For: a sanctuary experience with sessions that combine yoga and energy healing
This space feels a spiritual sanctuary in Bali. The classes are intimate and unique – Yin Yoga with Reiki is our favorite. Instructors administer energy healing massage while you move through relaxing still yoga postures. Talk about an amazing sleep after that! They also offer Reiki energy healing courses, intimate moon gathering circles, meditation workshops, and so much more.

Orchard Street
For: custom herb mixes and adaptogen protocols for brain function and energy
Our favorite part about this place is that they have naturopaths manning the counter who create custom herb blends suited to your goals – from regulating your menstrual cycle to enhancing brain function. Orchard Street also offers 1:1 deep dive sessions with a naturopath in depth look at your health holistically.

Sage Beauty
For: organic facials suited to sensitive and over-sunned skin
Sage is completely natural and organic – their treatments are particularly well suited to sensitive skin and those experiencing redness from Sydney’s sunshine and outdoor lifestyle. They’re especially good if you have sensitive skin. We love the Ice Detox facial and LED light therapy. Their experts provide an initial consult to look at skin health holistically – identifying the root cause of any skin issue from the inside.

Centred Meditation
For: a communal meditation respite amidst the hustle and bustle
Centered is located in Sydney’s CBD and is perfect when we’re in the mood for a group meditation. They offer three different types of guided meditation – clarity, calm, and confidence. The space alone helps get us grounded, lit with candles, running water, and perfect lighting. Sit back with provided herbal teas and blankets and you recline on comfortable chairs.

Healers
Julie Rice, Hypnotherapist and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Pro

Julie is a leading hypnotherapist and expert in NLP – a psychological technique that uses thoughts, language, and patterns of behavior to specific outcomes. She’s an expert on the subconscious mind and how to access it to identify and change the limiting beliefs we have buried deep down. Kat shares, “I first saw Julie when I was suffering from anxiety due to a relationship challenge. Julie’s work helped bring me into an awareness that I was repeatedly attracting emotionally unavailable people because I was projecting unavailability myself – they were my mirrors.” Based in Sydney, offering distance sessions.

Wiebke is an example of someone who lives truly lives in flow and her own authenticity. You can feel her calming, warm, and safe energy as soon as she enters the room. It feels like you’re being wrapped in a warm blanket when you’re in her presence. Her Reiki energy healing is incredible – we could not recommend going to see her enough. We go at times of high stress and at the end of the session, we feel so light and relaxed and have such a deep sleep. After one session, you’ll be hooked.

Jade Owl, Acupuncturist, Energy Healer, Chinese Medicine Expert
Jade offers a unique acupuncture experience combined with energy healing. She has extensive knowledge of Chinese medicine and shares how the mind and body are connected. She can tell which organs are weak and what you’re struggling with just from reading energy and holding your pulse. Everything is connected and many physical things like bloating, fatigue, irregular cycles are connected to an organ in your body that can be functioning improperly. She says that whatever is happening in your body is typically something you’ve created with your mind. She’s so easy to talk to, you may find yourself telling her your whole life story in the first 5 minutes of meeting with her.
