SenSpa
For: the latest in unique holistic wellness options under one roof
This award-winning, spa offers a plethora of experiences that go beyond the typical treatment menu. Think: posture alignment therapy, infrared and LED light therapy, and the SOMADOME pod restful mind experience – along with some of the more traditional stuff.

Kundalini Yoga Center
For: strengthening your nervous system in a soothing historic space
When we were first introduced to Kundalini, we couldn’t have expected the perspective shifting, walking-on-air experience we’d have after just one session. The practice combines breathwork, aura and chakra strengthening postures, chanting and music – and you leave feeling lighter and brighter. This center has been run by the same husband and wife team since the 70s, students of the founder of Kundalini, Yogi Bajan himself. The history is felt in the walls of the space which feels more like you’re practicing in a warm, mystical home than in a studio. At the end of class you’re served a cup of homemade tea prepared by the director herself.

The Center SF
For: expansive, unique events to awaken mind body spirit
The special events and workshops are what make this tea house + yoga studio combo really shine. The monthly schedule is packed with breathwork sessions, sound baths and new moon intention ceremonies (our personal favorite) and can feature energy work, music, and community building for all the feels.
